Over a dozen fire departments were called to the scene of a fire in Sheboygan County yesterday.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office was called to the N4400 block of Shamrock Road just after 4:30 p.m. on a report of a house fire.
They were joined at the scene by fire crews from fourteen area fire departments, who began attacking the blaze.
Initial reports indicate the fire started in the garage and spread into the home.
The exact cause of the fire is not known at this time, but we do know there were no injuries reported.
The Cascade Fire Department was the lead on the incident and was joined by the Adell, Beechwood, Boltonville, Campbellsport, Cedar Grove, Eden, Glenbeulah, Greenbush, Howards Grove, Plymouth, Random Lake, Silver Creek, Town of Wilson, and Waldo Fire Departments, as well as several other first responder units, Orange Cross Ambulance, and the Sheboygan County Fire Investigation Unit.
