For the third time in two weeks, an announcement has been made regarding a convicted sex offender who is set to be released and reside in Manitowoc.
52-year-old Kevin G. Ternes is scheduled to be released from prison on June 23rd after serving his sentence as imposed by the courts.
He was convicted on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and will be residing in the same home in the 1000 block of South 19th Street as Ethan D. Robinson and Robert M. Lindahl, who were released two weeks ago.
Ternes, however, will be living in the other apartment on the property.
Ternes has been ordered to follow rules established by the Department of Corrections, including being a part of the sex offender registration program and GPS for life.
