There are three meetings on tap for today (June 8th) in the City of Manitowoc.
Up first will be the Transit Commission, which will meet in the 1st Floor Conference Room in City Hall.
After hearing input from the public, the group will get updates on staffing, route services, and mobility.
Then, at 4:00 p.m., the Manitowoc Public Utilities Commission will be in the MPU Offices on South 8th Street, where they will honor a local student with a scholarship.
They will also hand out safety and honors awards before reviewing the annual compliance maintenance report.
The Public Safety Committee will close out the day in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
After getting their usual monthly reports, the group will review three proposed ordinance amendments for the sections of the municipal code related to regulating intersections, arteries of through traffic, and four-way stops.
