Two people are charged with allegedly trafficking a teen in a Milwaukee veteran’s housing complex.
A criminal complaint says Derek Brown, a veteran, and Sarah Kueny trafficked the 18-year-old victim for sex roughly 40 times in May of last year at the Milwaukee Soldiers Home on South General Mitchell Boulevard.
Police say the pair told the victim she could stay with them for free, but then forced her into commercial sex acts and shared half the money earned.
Law enforcement first learned about the situation in March, when the victim went to the Wausau Police Department.
