A Denmark man was airlifted from the scene of an accident in Manitowoc County.
The motorcycle versus deer accident took place on West Zander Road north of Maribel in the Town of Gibson on Tuesday evening after 8:00 p.m.
Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Deputy Eddie Wick says the man was traveling east on West Zander Road when he hit the deer that entered the roadway.
The man was ejected from the motorcycle and landed in the southbound ditch.
He had a visible fracture to his left leg along with abrasions and lacerations on his face.
The victim also reported having no feeling in his limbs when Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived.
Flight for Life was called to the scene, but the sheriff’s office didn’t say what happened to the victim after the accident.
