There is only one meeting on tap for today (June 2nd) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Business Industrial Development Committee and the Community Development Authority will hold a joint meeting in the Council Chambers at 5:15 p.m., where they will give the public time to voice input.
The two entities will then discuss potential incentives and pricing to stimulate further development interest before getting the latest on the Sandy Bay Highlands Subdivision and some potential developer interest in the Buyeske property.
They will also discuss pricing and negotiation strategy for the property at 1429 Wentker Court before viewing a presentation from Renee’s Popcorn regarding the variance of site development minimums.
The group will also get the latest on the projects at the Cool City Motel and Dali’s Café, and updates on the Forest Avenue Apartments, West River Lofts, and Flavor Hut.
