After a slow week last week, the City of Two Rivers has a busy day to start the month of June.
Up first is the Committee on Aging, which is set to meet in the Senior Center Library at 8:30 this morning. After hearing input from the public, the group will get its usual monthly reports from the ADRC, City Council, Rec Department, Senior Center, the TRIAD, and Two Rivers Public School District.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Public Utilities Committee will be in the Committee Room in City Hall, where they will get updates on numerous ongoing projects.
They will also review the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report and DNR land application of sewer sludge requirements before reviewing all of the damage sustained in the recent storms.
The Board of Review is set to gather in the Council Chambers.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, which will be in the Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
They will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed ordinance amendment, which would update setback regulations within the Main Street and Waterfront Corridor Overlay District, and will discuss awarding a bid to Signs Plus for Neshotah Park wayfinding and directional signage.
