The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting death of a 22-year-old man Saturday at Center Street Park.
Pepe Sikisi-Belle Jr. was shot and killed shortly before 7:00 p.m. when he was celebrating his son’s fourth birthday at a picnic-style gathering.
Deputies say he was pronounced dead at the scene and had been shot several times.
A 25-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for the shooting.
Sikisi-Belle was reportedly attending Milwaukee Area Technical College with a goal of becoming a police officer, lawyer, or district attorney.
