No one was hurt after a gas supply line was struck in Brillion.
The Brillion Fire Department was called last Thursday (May 28th) at 9:00 a.m. to the 7000 block of West Ryan Street and began securing the scene and establishing a perimeter.
The building was evacuated until Wisconsin Public Service could shut off and repair the natural gas line.
Brillion Fire Captain Dylan Wendling says the building was ventilated to remove the natural gas that had built up inside. Once levels returned to normal, the building was returned to maintenance personnel.
The Brillion Fire Department thanked WPS and Brillion Police for their assistance.
