A Manitowoc man has been sentenced in three separate criminal cases.
39-year-old Justin P. Keilliher was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, and Felony Bail Jumping, and Judge Robert Dewane withheld his sentencing on all three cases.
Instead, Kelliher was ordered to spend seven and a half years on probation, and stayed a nine-month stint in the Manitowoc County Jail under the Huber Law.
Additional charges of Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping were dismissed but read into the record.
Among these cases was an incident at the Manitowoc County Warming Shelter, where Keilliher got into a physical altercation with another guest.
Pastor Matthew Sauer with the Warming Shelter informed SeehaferNews.com at the time, “The actions of these individuals do not represent what happens at the shelter. Additional steps are being taken, in partnership with local enforcement, to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”
