Progress Lakeshore is highlighting a local business that used one of their programs.
Joe Ruelle, owner of Joe’s Garage and Cycle Repair, has recently moved to a larger facility at 32 Albert Drive in Manitowoc, providing more space, faster turnaround times, and expanded services.
The new location introduces winter storage for up to 50 motorcycles.
Ruelle says right, he’s got over a dozen Harley-Davidsons in his show, and they’re constantly turning work around.
The move means he can serve more riders without sacrificing quality.
As a Harley-Davidson Master Technician, Progress Lakeshore says Ruelle is part of a small, elite group, with fewer than 15% of motorcycle mechanics nationwide holding his designation.
As part of the economic groups Entrepreneur Training Program, Ruelle and Co-Owner Elieen Yoder have gained tools, guidance, and a network of fellow business owners.
Joe’s Garage and Cycle Repair not only specializes in Harley-Davidson service and repairs, but it also supports the broader riding community as a Drag Specialties Dealer.
The business is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
