A new way to enjoy the summer weather has been launched in Sheboygan Falls.
The City has announced that kayak rentals are now available at a self-serve rental station by the new River Park Boat Launch.
Those looking to rent a kayak will simply scan the provided QR code, make a rental on their phones, and hit the water.
But it is not just kayaks available, as guests will also be able to rent canoes, tandem kayaks, and paddleboards.
Rental rates will start at $12 for the first hour on a single kayak or paddle board and $17 for the first hour in the tandem kayaks or canoes.
If alone, each additional hour will cost $9 or $12 for those in a tandem kayak or canoe.
In their announcement, the City of Sheboygan Falls showed its gratitude to the sponsors and donors who made this recreation dream a reality for residents and visitors.
When discussing the new amenities at River Park, the City also stated, “Whether you’re looking for a relaxing paddle, some family fun, or a way to enjoy the beautiful weather, the launch is officially ready to use!”
