A Green Bay man charged with making improvised explosive devices in his home has entered his plea.
31-year-old Kenneth Seay was in court yesterday, where he pleaded not guilty to the 19 charges he faces.
These include 13 counts of Possession of Improvised Explosives and six separate drug charges.
Seay was arrested in February after police learned he had been receiving packages of Methamphetamine, which were being shipped in from California.
A search of his home in the 500 block of 16th Avenue not only uncovered 13 IEDs, but investigators also found numerous firearms, some of which appeared to be homemade, body armor, a door with barricading capabilities, psilocybin mushrooms, THC vape cartridges, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
He is currently being held in the Brown County Jail on a $75,000 cash bond and is due back in court on June 26th for a status conference.
