Wisconsin’s capital city is among the most affordable places to buy a home.
That’s according to finance website WalletHub, which looked at 300 U.S. cities and ranked them based on ten key metrics for home buyer affordability.
The metrics include the price to buy a home, maintenance costs, tax rates, and more.
Madison came in at 132nd overall on the list, but it was the last of the four Wisconsin cities that made the cut.
Green Bay was ranked number 68, while Kenosha was 65th, and Milwaukee came in at #85.
Flint, Michigan, topped the list, while Santa Barbara, California, was last.
