Local parades and ceremonies are set for today (May 25th) to honor our nation’s fallen heroes.
Manitowoc and Sheboygan’s Memorial Day Parades will both begin at 9:00 a.m., with Manitowoc’s beginning at South 8th Street and Washington Street, and Sheboygan’s at North 7th Street and Center Avenue.
Ceremonies will immediately follow each parade. Sheboygan’s ceremony will take place downtown at Fountain Park, and Manitowoc’s is set to be held at the Veterans’ Memorial located on North 18th Street.
Those in Manitowoc or Sheboygan looking to honor and celebrate those who have lost their lives while serving our country are encouraged to attend.
