The WIAA has released some opening round matchups for the upcoming baseball and girls’ soccer tournaments. Beginning with baseball, all these games will be played on Thursday, May 28th.
In Division Two, Two Rivers travels to Ripon; Plymouth hosts Sheboygan South; Sheboygan Falls is at Waupaca; Kohler/Sheboygan Christian hosts North Fond Du Lac/Oakfield; Chilton hosts Berlin; Denmark entertains Clintonville; and Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay hosts Berlin.
Other D-2 games include Shawano at Luxemburg-Casco, Wrightstown traveling to Appleton to battle Xavier, while undefeated Kiel receives a first-round bye.
In Division Three, Roncalli has a date at crosstown rival Manitowoc Lutheran, Valders visits Horicon, Mishicot is at Algoma, and Howards Grove heads to Jackson to play Living Word Lutheran.
Elsewhere in D-3, New Holstein hosts Mayville, Oostburg heads to Fond Du Lac to play Winnebago Lutheran Academy, Southern Door plays at Oconto, Sevastopol entertains Peshtigo, and Sturgeon Bay visits Coleman.
Brillion, Kewaunee, Cedar Grove-Belgium, and Random Lake all receive byes.
In Division Four, Sheboygan Lutheran is at Green Bay NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy; Ozaukee heads to Plainfield to play Tri-County; Hilbert hosts Almond-Bancroft; while Reedsville, Elkhart Lake, Glenbeulah, and Gibraltar/Washington Island receive first-round byes.
