The Rahr-West Art Museum in Manitowoc is asking people to drop by the mansion.
Their Drop-In Mansion Tours will start next month and will be every Thursday beginning at 11:00 a.m.
One of the museum’s volunteer docents will lead a guided tour of the Vilas-Rahr Mansion to discuss the people who lived there, the architectural details, and how the building has changed over its journey from private home to civic center and fine arts museum.
Tours are free and open to the public.
The Rahr-West is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
