April was a busy month for realtors around Manitowoc County.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association has released its April Home Sales Report, which shows that 81 homes were sold last month, 26 more than in March, and 17 more than in April of 2025.
This coincided with a dip in the median price, as the $217,000 average was nearly $16,000 less than the previous month but $7,500 more than last year.
These homes stayed on the market for an average of 63 days, nine fewer days than last year.
For comparison, the 95 homes sold in Sheboygan County last month were on the market for 79 days with a median price of $300,000.
The statewide numbers, meanwhile, showed the 5,573 homes sold had a median price of $340,000 and stayed on the market for an average of 76 days.
That price is $10,000 higher than in March, and $18,000 higher than last April.
