A man charged with his 4th OWI has been sentenced in Manitowoc County.
46-year-old Jason Lee Saylor of Brussels was previously found guilty due to a no-contest plea on the charge, and Judge Mark Rohrer ordered him to spend one year in prison followed by one year on extended supervision.
Saylor was arrested in August of 2024 after he nearly hit a vehicle waiting to board the S.S. Badger and nearly struck several vehicles that were parked along South Lakeview Drive near The Wharf.
When he was pulled over, he reportedly told police, “Just take me to jail.”
He has been transferred to the supervision of the State of Ohio under the Interstate Compact.
