
Manitowoc County is seeking citizen members for the Land Conservation Committee.
Board Chairman Matthew Phipps is seeking two members to provide local conservation leadership and coordination.
The citizen members would also establish conservation policy based on local input and develop resource-driven county land and water management plans.
The Land Conservation Committee meets every third Thursday of odd months at 4:45 p.m.
One applicant must be engaged in agricultural use and live in Manitowoc County, while the other person just has to live in the county.
