Looking for some great deals on books and other stuff? You’re in luck! The Friends of Manitowoc Public Library’s Used Book Sale is coming up soon! If you love books and bargains, this sale is perfect for you. The Friends of Manitowoc Public Library will fill up the entire Balkansky Community Room on the Second Floor of MPL with loads of amazing deals. It kicks off on Thursday, May 28, so be sure to mark it down!
You can expect a wide array of items for All Ages, including DVDs, music CDs, books on CD, and magazines. The sale is loaded with super affordable prices! And don’t miss Stuff-a-Bag Saturday, where you can fill a grocery bag with goodies for just $4. That’s right—only $4!
Here’s a taste of what you’ll find at the sale:
- Adult fiction and nonfiction: $1
- Kids’ books: 50-cents
- DVDs: $2
- Music CDs: $1
- Books on CD: $2
- Unique Items at Special Prices
Remember, we’re only taking cash or local checks—no debit or credit cards. If you don’t have cash, no worries! There’s an ATM located on the First Floor near the Main Service Desk.
We couldn’t pull this sale off without our awesome group of volunteers, who work hard to keep everything well-stocked and organized. They love seeing everyone leave with big smiles and bags full of new reads!
