A local marketing agency has brought in some award-winning talent to its team.
FifthColor out of Sheboygan Falls has appointed Jeff Bayson as the company’s new Creative Director, bringing with him over two decades of campaign leadership.
In this role, Bayson will spearhead creative development across all integrated marketing campaigns, experiential activations, content strategy, and brand initiatives for all FifthColor clients across the entire United States.
Before joining the Sheboygan Falls company, Bayson served in various roles for globally recognized brands and organizations, including, but not limited to, Major League Baseball, HBO, Hershey’s, Xfinity, and Johnsonville.
Successful marketing campaigns Bayson has led in his 20-plus-year career resulted in a 28% increase in sales for Hershey’s Smores and a 53% increase in MLB jersey sales through the apparel partner, Majestic Apparel, among many others.
On his new home in the world of marketing, Bayson noted, “FifthColor has built something unique by bringing strategy, creative, digital, production, fabrication, and experiential together under one roof. That level of integration creates opportunities to build smarter, more connected brand experiences from the ground up, and I’m excited to help continue building that momentum.”
Meanwhile, on what Bayson will bring to the organization, Justin Webb, FifthColor owner and CEO, added, “He understands how to connect strategy, storytelling, experiential, digital, and production into campaigns that not only stand out creatively but also create measurable business impact. His addition strengthens our ability to continue delivering high-level work for brands looking for a more integrated partner.”
