44-year-old Teng Hang was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and two counts of Manufacturing or Delivering Amphetamine.
Judge Robert Dewane ordered him to spend four years in prison and one year in the Manitowoc County Jail under the Huber Law, followed by four years on extended supervision in the delivery case, and three years on probation in the possession case.
Additional charges of Manufacturing or Delivering Amphetamine and five counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping were dismissed but read into the record.

He also had 18 grams of the drug on him when he was arrested.
As a part of his sentencing, Hang was ordered to undergo treatment and counseling, maintain absolute sobriety, and maintain any combination of full-time employment, schooling, or work search.
