An Oshkosh man has been sentenced in an international child enticement case.
44-year-old Bradley Hounsell was ordered by a federal judge to spend 13 years in prison, followed by seven years on supervised release after using social media to coerce and entice a minor to send sexual content.
In 2023, Hounsell made contact with a 13-year-old girl in the Philippines and paid her to send sexually explicit videos and photos.
He also sent the victim videos of adults sexually abusing children, all while he was working as a correctional officer with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
The case was investigated by the FBI’s Child Exploitation Operational Unit and Milwaukee Field Office, with the assistance of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, and was brought forth as a part of Project Safe Childhood.
