A chance to perform on the big stage will be on the line tonight (May 14th) for three bands.
The John Michael Kohler Arts Center will be presenting the culmination of its 2026 Get the Gig battle of the bands tonight at Paradigm Coffee & Music at 6:00 p.m.
This final round of the competition will feature the bands Social Cig, Plutoniates, and Dance Bullies, who are all competing for the chance to be a part of the 2026 Levitt AMP Sheboygan Music Series this summer.
The band selected as the winner will play as an opener during one of the 12 events set to take place at City Green in Downtown Sheboygan between June 25th and September 19th.
The three bands each offer their own unique styles, with Dance Bullies bringing their country western sound, Plutoniates being an original alternative rock band drawing from the 1990s, and Social Cig as a Midwest indie skate rock group known for their energetic style.
During tonight’s show, food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be available for purchase with no cost of admission.
For those interested, Paradigm is located at 1202 North 8th Street.
