There are a pair of meetings on tap for today (May 13th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Board of Public Works will be in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m., where they will review two special assessment revisions.
Both of the revisions are for a reduced cost of separate projects.
They will also review change orders and pay estimates for various engineering and public works projects.
At the same time, the Industrial Development Corporation will meet in City Hall, where they will elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
The group will also discuss a request for variance submitted by Legacy Christian School of Manitowoc to occupy the building at 1851 Alverno Road.
Matt Di Marco, the School Board Treasurer, wrote in a letter to the City, “We have been looking for a new location that is both ‘move-in’ ready and embodies our core value of Excellence. We believe the Americollect building is that space for the Fall and future years to come.”
These are the final meetings for the week in the Clipper City.
