There is just one governmental meeting scheduled for today (May 12th) in the City of Sheboygan.
Sheboygan’s City Plan Commission will be meeting inside Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m., where they will begin with public hearings regarding two conditional use permits (CUPs).
The first CUP has been submitted by Velstand Commercial Properties, LLC to construct an addition at the Edward Jones Office on Superior Avenue.
The second has been submitted by Permit Solutions, which is looking to operate a McDonald’s restaurant at 1221 Erie Avenue, the site of the recently condemned EBCO Venture Center.
After the public hearings, the group will then discuss both matters further, along with site plan review for a proposed addition to Rogers Behavioral Health at 1108 South Wildwood Avenue.
The Plan Commission will then close out the evening with a discussion on a preliminary plat approval for Enterprise Estates in the Town of Sheboygan.
