A Two Rivers man has been sentenced in seven cases he faced.
33-year-old Timothy Belongie pleaded no contest to charges of delivery of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, delivery of methamphetamine, identity theft, party to a crime, and two counts of felony bail jumping.
District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre is recommending a six-year prison sentence, with approximately 11.5 years of probation, for an upcoming sentencing hearing.
Belongie’s attorney, Laura Walker, says she will argue for less time. Belongie will return to court on July 29th for sentencing.
The 33-year-old has appeared numerous times in Manitowoc County Court records for other convictions, including escaping criminal arrest and other drug possession charges.
Belongie was also allegedly involved in a police pursuit in 2020, where drugs were located.
