The Green Bay landlord accused of sexually extorting his tenants is maintaining his innocence.
61-year-old Michael Zolper was in court on Monday for his arraignment, where he entered a plea of not guilty to the 12 charges he faces.
Zolper was arrested in February after it was learned that he forced a woman to perform sex acts on him in order for her to receive keys and lease papers through Newcap or Golden House.
One victim also claimed that Zolper entered her apartment at night and sexually assaulted her, telling her he would get away with it because he knew all of the cops and was rich.
In total, he is facing five counts of Solicitation of Prostitutes, two counts each of Threats to Injure or Accuse of a Crime and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force, and one count each of Sexual Extortion, 4th Degree Sexual Assault, and Strangulation and Suffocation.
Zolper is due back in front of Judge Timothy Hinkfuss on July 21st for a status conference.
