The driver of the third vehicle was uninjured.
Then, while officers were still on the scene of the first crash, another occurred in the same area just after noon.
A 16-year-old Luxemburg female suffered non-life-threatening injuries in that incident, while the driver of a second vehicle was uninjured.
The cause of the initial crash is still under investigation, while the second crash was believed to have been caused by inattentive driving.
