The School District of Mishicot will cut the ribbon and break ground on more referendum projects.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for Thursday, May 14th at 4:00 p.m. to celebrate the district’s newly completed athletic fields.
They will also break ground on their upcoming performing arts center and other building projects.
The district calls the event a symbol of continued growth and investment in educational opportunities for all learners.
Food, including popcorn, cake, and refreshments, will be served before a baseball and softball game begins, along with speeches.
Voters in 2024 allowed the district to borrow around $29.6 million for several upgrades, including the projects mentioned.
Other projects include restructuring the high school and middle school parking lots.
More details on the groundbreaking can be found on the School District of Mishicot’s Facebook page.
