The Roncalli/Two Rivers girls’ soccer team continued to struggle to find its footing as they ran into a buzz saw out of Kiel.
The Raiders dispatched the Jets 12-0 on the back of a 4-goal night by Taavi Saeger.
Cara Madison and Harper Walsdorf each added 2 goals for Kiel, while Jasmine Bink, Deanna Schwaller, Finley Bridson, and Ella Vander-Meer all tickled the twine once.
The Raiders are not only undefeated through nine games, but they have also been utterly dominant.
They have scored 50 goals in those nine games while allowing only 2.
The Raiders will look to keep this momentum going on Monday when they host Sheboygan Falls, who are also 3-0 in EWC play.
As for the Jets, their season has been a very different story.
Roncalli/Two Rivers has either won by multiple scores and pitched a shutout, or they were shut out and lost by multiple goals.
Also, unlike Kiel, the Jets don’t have one breakout offensive star, as their leading scorer, Aubri Riesterer, only has 3 goals, runner-up Josephine Stock has 2, and four other players have one.
The Jets have an opportunity to get back on the winning track on Saturday when they host New Holstein.
The Huskies have also struggled this year, sitting at 1-4.
