A Kaukauna woman is facing her 4th OWI charge.
Wisconsin State Patrol says a trooper pulled over 40-year-old Cassidy E. Bybee after observing a Chrysler sedan tailgating another vehicle on Interstate 41 south, near Jackson Street in Oshkosh.
After passing the other vehicle, WSP says Bybee accelerated to speeds over 95 mph and didn’t have registration displayed on her vehicle.
After pulling the 40-year-old over, the trooper noticed signs of impairment.
Following an investigation, she was placed under arrest for operating while impaired.
A search warrant was also obtained, and an evidentiary blood draw was done, but the results are still pending.
Bybee was taken to the Winnebago County Jail on a charge of operating while impaired, a fourth offense.
She was also ticketed for speeding and following too closely to a vehicle.
