Local entrepreneurs were treated to a night of inspiration and guidance this week.
Accelerate Sheboygan County’s 2026 Innovation Speaker Series officially kicked off at Road America, featuring the keynote speakers, Amanda and Adam Kroener, the founders of Plymouth-based beverage company Carbliss.
The event was held by the Sheboygan County Innovation Council, in partnership with the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC), and was considered a major success with over 300 people registering to attend.
When speaking, the Kroeners shared their journey in creating one of the nation’s fastest-growing companies, while sharing valuable insights with fellow entrepreneurs in attendance on resilience and how to scale a business.
On what it meant to have Amanda and Adam speak at the event, Justin Vannieuwenhoven, Chair of the Innovation Council, said, “Their transparency, energy, and practical advice created an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance. They’ve built not only an incredible business, but also a strong team and culture of leadership that continues to positively impact our region.”
The second installment of the 2026 Innovation Speaker Series will be Startup Idea Night One, on May 21st, inside the 3 Sheeps taproom loft from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
