Bond has been set for a runaway accused of child sexual assault.
Court records show that 20-year-old Noah Czarneski of Little Chute has been returned to custody in Brown County after being on the run for six months.
Czarneski was back in court last week for a return on warrant and was given a $1 million cash bail as he faces charges of Sexual Intercourse with Child 16 or Older and Felony Bail Jumping in Brown County.
In Calumet County, Czarneski is facing additional child sexual assault and felony bail jumping charges.
His return to custody in the area comes after he was reported missing to the Fox Valley Metro Police Department on October 5th, while his car was found abandoned three days later.
Once he missed one of his court dates, warrants for his arrest were issued in both Brown and Calumet Counties, and suggested he was on the run from the law.
In late March, the 20-year-old was booked into the Lee County Jail in Florida as an out-of-state fugitive after giving authorities false identification.
At this time, it is uncertain when he will appear in Calumet County court, but he will return to court in Brown County on May 14th for a status conference.
