A La Crosse man is facing charges, with authorities saying he inappropriately touched a teenager at a city park.
The incident happened last week at Cameron Park and involved a teenage victim.
Police say the incident was captured on video.
Charges against Jerrold Yttrie include attempted second-degree sexual assault of a child.
