A former Lakeside Foods building in downtown Manitowoc looks to have some life.
Mayor Justin Nickels explained on WOMT’s Be My Guest program last week that Briess Malt and Ingredients Co. purchased the building when Lakeside left its Jay Street location in November 2024.
Nickels also said Briess has been doing renovations and putting money into the building, but it’s not known what’s happening with the building.
