The trial of a man shot by Eau Claire Police in 2022 is underway.
Police responded to Clayton Livingston’s home after a neighbor accused him of pointing a gun at his house.
Responding officers say Livingston also pointed a gun at them.
Two officers shot and injured Livingston, who is now facing six counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a charge of operating a firearm while intoxicated.
