An investigation is ongoing after a body was pulled from the Fox River late last week.
The Appleton Police Department has confirmed that the body was located near RiverHeath Way at 2:15 Friday afternoon, and was recovered thanks to assistance from the Appleton Fire Department and Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department.
No identifying information has been released regarding the deceased individual, including their gender or age.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department has taken over the investigation.
