A pole shed in rural Fond du Lac County caught fire over the weekend.
WBAY reports that the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office and Mt. Cavalry Fire Department were called to Laurel Lane in Taycheedah at around 4:30 Sunday afternoon, where first responders found smoke and flames coming from the shed.
The fire was extinguished before it spread to any of the surrounding structures.
Several trailers and equipment, including a lawn mower and a boat, were damaged, but no one was injured.
The Mt. Cavalry Fire Department is still investigating the cause of the fire and has yet to issue a damage cost estimate.
They were also aided at the scene by the St. Cloud Fire Department, Town of Fond du Lac Fire Department, Calumet Fire Department, Eden First Responders, and Mt. Calvary Ambulance.
