A woman charged with helping steal more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Manitowoc Meijer has been bound over for trial.
Court records show that 31-year-old Amber Lutzke entered a plea of not guilty during a scheduled preliminary hearing in Manitowoc County court yesterday.
She also waived her right to the hearing and did not wish to have a substitution of judge.
She will return to court on June 30th for a scheduling conference.
Lutzke faces a charge of retail theft after she and 31-year-old Nicohlas Arizola were allegedly caught stealing seven boxes of football cards, 26 Pokémon-related items, two butane refills, and two Easter totes.
Arizola is also facing separate charges after a firearm was found under a pillow at the Quality Inn.
Manitowoc Police also said a plastic gem bag was found with drugs in it upon a search of his person.
He will return to court on May 28th for a scheduling conference.
