The investigation continues into a deadly officer-involved shooting in Chippewa Falls with the release of the names of those involved.
Chippewa Falls Police Department Sergeant James Luckey was pursuing a suspect on foot on the morning of April 9th when authorities say that individual, 44-year-old Bradley Barnum, appeared to pull a gun on the officer.
Luckey opened fire, hitting Barnum, who later was revealed to have been carrying a BB gun.
Barnum died at the scene.
Luckey has been placed on administrative leave.
