Acuity Insurance has been honored by the Better Business Bureau for its ethical business practices.
The Sheboygan County-based insurer has been named a 2026 BBB Torch Award for Ethics winner, one of the organization’s highest honors recognizing companies that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to integrity.
Acuity was selected by an independent panel of judges composed of business and community leaders.
Judges evaluated entries based on four key areas: character, culture, customers, and community, which are hallmarks of organizations that build and sustain trust.
The recognition marks the second time Acuity has received the award, having earned the distinction in 2022, the most recent prior year it was eligible to apply.
Acuity President and CEO Melissa Winter said of the honor, “At Acuity, doing the right thing is the foundation of how we serve our customers, support our employees, and engage with our communities. This recognition reflects the dedication of our team to upholding those values every day.”
