It’s time once again for the annual Manitowoc County Hazardous Waste Clean Sweep.
This year, the event will be held on Friday, May 15th for farms and qualifying businesses, and Saturday, May 16th for households.
During the event, residents will get the opportunity to safely dispose of hazardous chemicals for free, including pesticides, paints and solvents, vape pens, oil, gas, pool chemicals, and more.
The Manitowoc County Recycling Center will not be accepting latex paint, explosives, radioactive materials, compressed gas tanks, tires, biological waste, or appliances.
