A staple of the Elkhart Lake community is under new ownership.
The former Victorian Village and Shore Club resort properties on Elkhart Lake have been purchased by investors and have been renamed the Elkhart Lake Beach Resort.
The buyers are three local individuals led by Paul Weaver. Assets to be part of the purchase include condos, indoor and outdoor pools, the Victorian guest house, the Tiki Bar, the pool and beach house, 600 feet of beach, and more.
At this time, the new ownership has already begun renovating the spaces, including lodging areas, the Tiki Bar, and the retail market area, to be ready for the 2026 summer season.
Regarding the purchase, Weaver stated, “We intend to revive the quality of the facilities, operations and guest and owner experience that has diminished over the last decade. This is a phenomenal lakefront resort property.”
As of now, the hope is to have the lodging and market place spaces open by the middle of May, while the Tiki Bar and Watersports will be open on or before Memorial Day weekend.
