Another store is closing in Manitowoc.
Sources explain to Seehafernews.com that the OfficeMax on Dewey Street is scheduled to close next Thursday (April 23rd).
The store will remain open to the public up until that time.
Customers with files stored at the Copy and Print Center should have recovered them on Monday (April 13th), as staff were scheduled to begin erasing documents after that day.
An OfficeMax employee started a petition to keep it open. It asked for 500 signatures, but as of yesterday, the number was only at 224.
Manitowoc’s OfficeMax closure is part of a broader trend for the parent company, ODP Corporation, which closed 60 locations in 2025 as it shifted toward a leaner business model.
