There is just one meeting on the docket today (April 13th) in the City of Sheboygan.
The City Plan Commission will meet inside Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m., where they will begin with public hearings regarding Conditional Use Permits for Theo’s Pizza, Trail Magic Coffee Roasters, and Harvest Street LLC, as well as one regarding the 2026 Community Development Block Grants.
The group will then discuss an architectural review for a property in the 1200 block of Michigan Avenue and a Special Use Permit submitted by a resident.
Action will then be taken on all four items discussed during the public hearings.
Then, before adjourning for the evening, the Plan Commission will discuss amending the zoning code to change the use district classification of two parcels of land.
