After the season opens with four games in five days, the Manitowoc Lincoln girls’ softball team travels to Green Bay Preble to battle the Hornets in FRCC play.
The Ships dropped three of four games last week, including a 12-3 decision to a very good Oshkosh West team on Friday.
The Hornets are off to a 2-0 start following wins last week against Notre Dame Academy of Green Bay and Bay Port.
The first pitch is scheduled to be thrown at 4:30 p.m.
Valders looks to improve to 4 and 0 on the season as they travel to Random Lake to meet the Rams.
The Vikings have posted victories over Sheboygan Falls/ Kohler, Roncalli, and Winnebago Lutheran Academy, while Random Lake of the Big East South is off to a 3- 1 start, having scored 46 runs in their first four games, including 22 in a season-opening victory over Wauwatosa West.
Their lone loss was to Kiel by a score of 7-6 on March 26th.
The first pitch at Random Lake is scheduled for 5 p.m.
Elsewhere, Roncalli hosts Gibraltar, Two Rivers hosts Kewaunee, and Reedsville heads to Southern Door to battle the Eagles.
