
The trial date for one of the two men charged in a Green Bay homicide has been set.
WBAY reports that 32-year-old Christian Rivera-Pica’s trial will begin on September 21st as he faces a charge of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide with Use of a Dangerous Weapon as Party to the Crime.
Rivera–Pica and Joel Pagan–Garcia were arrested shortly after 30-year-old Carlos Otero–Aviles was shot in the parking lot at a child’s birthday party.
Rivera-Pica’s trial is scheduled to last 10 days, and if convicted, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
Rivera -Pica remains in police custody on a $1 million cash bond, while Pagan–Garcia is due for a status conference on April 17th.
