Residents in the City of Plymouth will have the chance to learn more about proposed updates to the library.
The City of Plymouth is inviting the public to attend the Plymouth Public Library renovation open house today (April 7th) from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. inside the library.
At the event, those interested will have the opportunity to review the City’s plans, ask questions, and share their overall feedback on the project.
Regarding the open house, City officials stated, “You’re invited to help shape the future of our library! After two years of planning, we’re excited to share our renovation plans for a refreshed library space designed to serve our community for the next 20 years—all within our current footprint.”
Current plans include dedicated study rooms, an expanded community room to accommodate larger gatherings and events, and a reimagined entrance designed to make every visitor feel at home.
The City also noted that accessibility is at the heart of the project, ensuring the library is a place where everyone belongs.
